New model: all our systems now with monthly subscription

Over the last year we built specialized management systems for restaurants, gyms, hotels, workshops, veterinary clinics, beauty salons and more. Each one designed for the real Peruvian business: without English, without functionalities that no one uses, without dollarized prices that make no sense for an SME in Lima or in the province.

Today we change the way you access them.

The change

Until now the model was one-time payment or custom development. That worked for some clients, but it left out businesses that cannot or do not want to commit S/ 3,000–5,000 before knowing if the system works for them.

Starting today, all systems in the portfolio are available by monthly subscription.

There is no minimum contract. There is no fine print. The first month tells you if the system fits your business.

The three plans

Each system has three options depending on how you prefer to operate your business:

Monthly Plan — to get started without commitment
Full system access, technical support, updates included. No minimum permanence. If at any point you decide that it is not for you, there is no fine or bureaucracy.

Annual Plan — for those you already trust
The same access, but you pay for 10 months and use 12. Two free months a year. For businesses that know they will continue to grow.

Single Payment — for those who want full ownership
Deploy to your own Laravel Cloud account, complete initial setup, training, and 1 year of support. The system remains in your infrastructure, not ours. From the second year onwards you only pay for your infrastructure directly (~S/ 40–80/month depending on the system).

Why is the price so affordable?

All systems run on Laravel Cloud with serverless architecture. That means the infrastructure scales to zero when not in use — there's no server on 24 hours a day that no one is paying for at night. The real cost of infrastructure per client ranges between S/ 30 and S/ 60/month depending on the system. This allows us to offer real SME prices, not large company prices transferred to the small segment.

What it doesn't include (and why that's okay)

No system in the portfolio issues electronic receipts to SUNAT. They are internal control systems: orders, cash, inventory, partners, reserves, loans. To issue tickets or invoices, you continue using the tool you already use today — Nubefact, your counter module, whatever. We make sure that the business is organized inside.

This applies to the majority of the market: the segment of Peruvian SMEs that operate in Nuevo RUS, RER or with mixed billing do not need SUNAT integration to manage their daily operations.
